Update as of March 3, 2021:

Just a couple of final items as we get started today:

I’m getting better every day and will have help most days of the Tournament. Most mornings I will be here, but not sure how long I can last at the fields. Please work with the staff if there are any issues. I expect all managers/players and umpires to work together if there is a problem and I’m not there or a staff member can not resolve it. I can always be reached by cell phone (315-657-5135). 

First for the teams that have reserved practice times: I do have help, but am asking that all teams help with the equipment (set-up and putting it away)!

During the Tournament I may be asking for help with set-up and putting the screens and home plates away, along the scores and standings.

Any manager or player may ask any player for their ID!!

There are 27 Teams playing this year in all Divisions.

Of the Teams that responded to the vaccine question, which was only 9, 70-85% of those Teams have been vaccinated.

We will still be following CDC & health guidelines

Schedules, standings, scores, CDC guidelines etc. will be posted on the cork board.

There may be changes due to unforeseen circumstances and If so you will be notified ASAP. 

Without the following staff, this year’s Tournament may not have happened!!!

General Information:

1. Cost per six games is $410. Cost for ten games is $620. Make check payable to ECT. Mail to ECT (Ed Vecchio) PO Box 970674, Pompano Beach, Florida 33097.
2. Will follow CDC, SSUSA, City/County health guidelines, etc. Masks must be worn upon entering the park and throughout the park when close to others. Masks are not required while playing the game or in the dugout. Please stay six feet apart. No more than three or four people in the dugout at one time.
3. Florida Half Century dates are: 50’s, – March 13^th through 14^th, and 60s, 65s, and 70s – March 6^th and 7^th.
4. We should have food, snacks, drinks, ice water, etc.
5. We may or may not have a program for 2021.
6. There will be awards for each Division (must be a minimum of four teams in each division).
7. Teams within their divisions will be listed in the next several days.
8. Schedules for the 70s and 50s should be completed by February 26^th. All other schedules will be completed by March 1^st.
